It has been a busy first week for the puppies, with plenty of nursing, sleeping, and growing! The puppies are gaining 20-40 grams per day, and have doubled their birth weight. They are frequently and lovingly handled by their humans, and there is nothing more endearing than to feel these wee ones leaning right into a belly or ear rub! Imagination is a tender and attentive mother, and she does a wonderful job of keeping her babies clean and happy, and with full bellies. Imi has a hearty appetite for her home cooked meals and she is getting lots of TLC and pampering. Only the best will do for this special mother!
